Return & Refund Policy


What's covered -
  • An item being mismatched from the condition it was described
  • A stain or damage to the item not visible in the photos provided by the seller
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Incorrect size delivered
What's not covered -
  • Changed my mind
  • Any imperfections or damage already declared by the seller
  • Item does not fit
  • Delayed delivery

How to raise a return request
  1. If the item you received has an issue that is covered above. Take a photo of the discrepancy and email us at contact@relove.in; You can also whatsapp us on +91 85910 17139.
  2. We will inspect the images and resolve the dispute with the seller. We will contact you if we require additional information.
  3. If your return request is approved, Relove will arrange for the item to be shipped back to the seller.
  4. Once the seller receives the item, your refund will be processed by us in 2-3 working days. Please allow a few additional days for the amount to be processed by your payment or banking partner.
All return requests must be raised within 48 hrs of receiving the item, after which the payment will be released to the seller and the item will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges
Reloved items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is an issue with the product as described above.

Refunds
Refunds are processed by our payment partner Razorpay (subject to change), incase the order was a COD order you will receive a link to select the payment source of your choice.
